Your world needs energy to survive. In deep space youve discovered ancient energy grids filled with cells ready to be harvested. The alien race that created these grids is long extinct so the cells are yours for the taking. There is only one problem, the automated sentries set up to guard the grids are still functional and have unlimited firepower.

Energize is a fun and exciting arcade style game. You must gather the energy cells to clear each grid while avoiding the fireballs being shot at you from the automated sentries. Time is a factor as bonus points are awarded if you can clear the grid before the timer runs out. Asteroids and Spike Mines are additional obstacles, while power capsules can be acquired to zap the fireballs, provide a temporary shield, or reset the timer.

GAME PLAY

- Fifty unique grids.

- Clear the grid before the timer runs out to earn bonus points.

- Three power capsules.
Grab the yellow power capsule to disintegrate the active fireballs, grab the green power capsule for a temporary shield, and grab the gray power capsule to reset the grid timer (the key to a high score).

- Two different play modes.
You are always playing for the highest score.

In sequential mode, play through grids in sequence with the difficulty level increasing as you progress through the entire set of grids. You can always start at the last uncompleted grid with this option.

In random mode, you start at a more challenging difficulty level, grids are selected randomly, and there is no continuation.

- Three skill levels.
Easy, Medium, and Hard skill levels can be chosen for each play mode.

CONTROLS
- Drag anywhere on the screen to change the ship direction.

- Ship has two speeds. Double tap anywhere to toggle ship thrusters.

- Configurable control options.
Set whether thrusters are on or off by default.
Double or single tap can be set to toggle ships thrusters.
Background music and sound FX volumes can be adjusted separately.
Drag distance needed to change ship direction can be set slightly longer or shorter.

GAME CENTER
- Separate leaderboards for each play mode and skill level as well as one combined leaderboard.

- Achievements recorded for completing all grids at each skill level.
